If you’re not 100% satisfied with any product you order from GardenDesign.com, simply return the product in unused original condition in the same original shipping carton and materials within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, refund, or replacement at customer's discretion (replacement will be made when available). Payment Methods. . We make it easy to pay. We accept: Visa/Mastercard, and Discover payments accepted from checking account Only.
Shipping & Handling. . Shipping will be sent ground delivery unless otherwise noted. Please allow 4-8 days to receive order after it has been shipped. Most products can only be shipped in the Continental U.S. and Canada. Extra shipping charges will be added manually to all orders to Hawaii, Canada, and overseas. Please make sure there are no shipping limitations for the item(s) that you order. UPS Delivery- NO P.O. Box addresses are allowed. (Full name, street address, city, state, and zip code ONLY.) Delays in shipping or receiving will be at customers’ risk. USPS Delivery- PO Boxes only. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Faster Shipping Requirements- we will ship the best possible way, 1-2 Day Air. Minimum cost will be $15.00.
Back Orders. . Every order will be handled quickly and completely. On those rare occasions, an item may be backordered. We will ship it immediately when it becomes available, and email you with shipment information.
Refund/Return. . Refunds will be granted within 14 days of date of receipt of order. A credit will be applied to your Credit Card. NO CASH will be refunded with items bought with a Card. Shipping back to GardenDesign.com will be at customers expense and discretion; an additional re-stocking charge of 20% of purchased price will be charged to Card.
Exceptions. Damaged or Defective items will be refunded, or replaced at customer's discretion. No shipping charges will be made in this case.
All Returns- MUST be sent back in original packaging and original condition. Claims through all delivery service will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations. Cancellations will NOT be accepted once the order has started in processing. We will do all that we can to stop it, but it may be out of our control. If shipped, customer will be responsible for sending it back, paying for shipping both ways, and incur the 20% re-stocking fee.

Refund/Return. . Refunds will be granted within 14 days of date of receipt of order. A credit will be applied to your Credit Card. NO CASH will be refunded with items bought with a Card. Shipping back to GardenDesign.com will be at customers expense and discretion; an additional re-stocking charge of 20% of purchased price will be charged to Card.
Exceptions. Damaged or Defective items will be refunded, or replaced at customer's discretion. No shipping charges will be made in this case.
All Returns- MUST be sent back in original packaging and original condition. Claims through all delivery service will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund/Return. . Refunds will be granted within 14 days of date of receipt of order. A credit will be applied to your Credit Card. NO CASH will be refunded with items bought with a Card. Shipping back to GardenDesign.com will be at customers expense and discretion; an additional re-stocking charge of 20% of purchased price will be charged to Card.
Exceptions. Damaged or Defective items will be refunded, or replaced at customer's discretion. No shipping charges will be made in this case.
All Returns- MUST be sent back in original packaging and original condition. Claims through all delivery service will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations. Cancellations will NOT be accepted once the order has started in processing. We will do all that we can to stop it, but it may be out of our control. If shipped, customer will be responsible for sending it back, paying for shipping both ways, and incur the 20% re-stocking fee.
